Job Details
1. Design & Concept Development Assist in developing interior design concepts, mood boards and material selections. Prepare 2D layouts, 3D visualisations and design presentations. Assist in selecting furniture, lighting, finishes, colours and decorative materials. Research the latest interior design trends and materials. 2. Technical Drawings & Documentation Prepare and update floor plans, elevations and detailed drawings. Assist in preparing electrical, lighting, ceiling and furniture layout plans. Prepare detailed drawings for custom-made furniture and cabinetry, including accurate measurements. Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BQ) and material specifications. Ensure drawings are accurate and comply with project requirements. 3. Site Coordination & Supervision Conduct site measurements and verify actual site dimensions.
