Job Summary Responsible for the fabrication, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and improvement of precision stamping dies, tooling, jigs, and fixtures to ensure reliable production operations. The candidate should possess hands-on tooling skills and be able to identify tooling defects, carry out corrective repairs, and minimize production downtime. Key Responsibilities • Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and modification of precision stamping dies and production tooling. • Inspect, dismantle, assemble, and adjust tooling components to maintain dimensional accuracy and functional performance. • Identify tooling wear, damage, misalignment, burr formation, and other defects affecting product quality. • Carry out tool fitting, grinding, polishing, drilling, tapping, and other precision toolroom operations. • Support new tooling fabrication, die tryouts, tool qualification, and production setup activities. • Work closely with Pr
