Role Description This is a full-time, on-site BIM Modeler role based in Pekan Nanas, Pontian, Johor. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for developing and maintaining 3D BIM models for precast concrete components and related products, as well as preparing and checking shop drawings, precast layout plans, and connection details. The role involves interpreting construction drawings, ensuring accurate precast detailing, coordinating BIM models, and supporting project documentation and quantity take-off activities. The BIM Modeler will also assist with clash detection, design revisions, resolving Requests for Information (RFIs), and managing BIM-related deliverables to ensure compliance with project specifications, company standards, and customer requirements.
