Responsibilities: Service, repair, and maintain motorcycles. Diagnose problems and recommend repair solutions. Lead and guide junior mechanics in daily workshop work. Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards. Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and cleanliness. Keep records of repairs, parts used, and service reports. Support workshop reporting and basic administration. Requirements: Technical Diploma/Certificate in Automotive or Motorcycle Mechanics (preferred). 3–5 years of experience as a mechanic. Strong repair and troubleshooting skills. Able to lead a small team and work under pressure. Responsible, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
