2. Key Responsibilities and Duties 2.1 Engineering Management Plan, organize and supervise daily engineering activities to achieve departmental objectives. Establish engineering priorities, project schedules and resource allocation. Monitor engineering performance, project progress and completion of assigned tasks. Provide technical guidance and leadership to engineers and technicians. Ensure engineering activities comply with company procedures, customer requirements and applicable standards. 2.2 Die Making and Tooling Management Oversee the design, development, fabrication, assembly, installation and commissioning of two die sets. Review and approve die designs, engineering drawings, tooling specifications and technical modifications within delegated authority.
