Job Description: 1. Responsible and assist site contract administration, taking off quantities, site measurement / valuation order, and claims. 2. Liaise with sub-contractors, consultants, and authorities in all contractual related issues. 3. Coordinate, organize, control, and verify payment and claims to sub-contractors, nominated sub-contractors, and consultants in a timely manner. 4. Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly. 5. Prepare contracts document, project budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation. 6. Sourcing and purchasing of materials and related products needed for production. 7. To check material requisition and ensure that materials are accurate and within the project budget. 8. Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, analysis, and related duties as and when necessary. Job Requirements: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Quantity Surveying /
