KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Leasing Strategy & Tenant Mix • Develop and execute the mall's leasing strategy in line with overall business and positioning objectives. • Plan and manage optimal tenant mix by category (anchor, specialty, F&B, services, entertainment) to maximise footfall and rental yield. • Monitor market trends, competitor malls, and retail demand to identify leasing opportunities and risks. Tenant Sourcing & Negotiation • Identify, approach, and secure prospective tenants suited to the mall's positioning and target market. • Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and incentives within approved guidelines to achieve leasing targets. • Prepare and present Letters of Offer (LOA) and Tenancy Agreements in coordination with Lease Administration and Legal. Lease Administration & Renewals • Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, and expansions/contractions to retain and optimise existing tenants. • Track lease expiry schedules and pr
