Job Requirements • Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. • Male candidates are preferred. • Experience in Traffic Management, Road Signage, Road Furniture or Construction Industry will be an added advantage. • Good communication, negotiation and analytical skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office. • Able to work independently and meet project deadlines. • Willing to travel for site visits and project meetings when required. Key Responsibilities • Prepare tender submissions, quantity take-off, cost estimation and project costing. • Prepare and manage Progress Claims, Variation Orders (VO) and Final Accounts. • Administer contracts and maintain all project-related documentation. • Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. • Monitor project costs, budgets and cash flow to ensure effective cost control. • Assist in procurement, quotation comparison and
