Job Details
• Carry out preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair works for Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems within buildings, including HVAC, electrical systems, fire protection systems, plumbing, and minor civil works. • Assist in the installation, modification, and upgrading of M&E systems across buildings, plants, premises, and properties. • Diagnose technical issues, evaluate system performance, and recommend improvements to enhance maintenance efficiency and cost savings. • Perform all tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure daily activities are accurately recorded in the Facilities Management System. • Monitor and supervise subcontractors’ work to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and quality standards. • Demonstrate competent knowledge in the proper use, handling, and maintenance of tools and equipment related to facilities and grounds maintenance. • Respond promptly to emergency situations, sys
