Job Details
A Production Technician is required to understand and fulfil the job scope and responsibilities assigned by the company. Each Production Technician is responsible for ensuring that the company’s management systems, requirements, and procedures are effectively implemented and fully complied with. Key Responsibilities: Follow company policies, procedures, and food safety standards, including ISO, HACCP, GMP, AIB, FSSC 22000, Halal, and other management system requirements. Report to the Production Supervisor/Executive during shifts and coordinate with DCS Technicians when required. Lead by example in personal hygiene, discipline, safety, and teamwork. Ensure processing, packaging, bagging, palletizing, and drumming operations run safely, efficiently, and according to GMP requirements. Coordinate daily activities with Supervisors, DCS Technicians, operators, warehouse staff, and other departments. Prepare equipment and production lines before start-up, including
