Responsible for ensuring that all materials, equipment, and services are procured on time, within budget, and in compliance with project specifications, HSE requirements, and company procurement policies. Manage the end-to-end procurement process for materials, equipment, and services required for the successful execution of the Jack-up Rig P&A project while achieving project objectives for cost, quality, schedule, and compliance. Review Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and validate technical specifications. Develop procurement plans aligned with the P&A project schedule. Prioritize critical and long-lead items to avoid operational delays. Source qualified vendors for drilling materials, offshore services, marine logistics, rental equipment, and consumables.
