ey Responsibilities: Manage tariff and freight rate consolidation, ensuring pricing information is accurate and up to date. Collect, analyse, and maintain cost data to support competitive pricing strategies Support the Sales team with quotation preparation, customer presentations, event coordination, meeting documentation, and other sales-related activities. Maintain pricing databases and ensure timely updates of tariffs and supplier rates. Coordinate with internal departments, clients and agents to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery. Perform general administrative duties and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned. Requirements: Sales or customer service experience is preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
