Social Media Operator Focus: Web3 / Crypto Exchange / Multi-Account Operations Salary: RM6,000 – RM8,000 Job Responsibilities Manage and grow social media platforms including X (Twitter), Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Operate multiple social media accounts and execute content strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and community growth. Plan, create, and publish content, including posts, announcements, campaigns, AMA content, and short-form videos. Build and maintain content calendars and workflows using Notion. Stay updated on Web3, Crypto, DeFi, Meme, AI, and market trends to produce timely and engaging content. Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.) to improve content creation and productivity. Collaborate with Marketing, BD, and Community teams on campaigns, partnerships, and product launches. Analyze social media performance and optimize strategies based on data and insights.
