Job description 1. SYSTEM DATABASED Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available. Registration for new and existing customer. Maintain an up-to-date customer database by entering customer profile details. Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies. Creating and presenting sales performance reports daily, monthly and yearly. Maintain financial accounts by processing customer/ patient adjustment payment. Collect cash and handle credit card transactions to process payments for purchase. Ensure work area including shelves and aisles are neat and tidy. 2. APPOINTMENT Assist in scheduling customer appointment. Helping in reconfirm with customer after book appointment. Manage large amounts of incoming call.
