Key Responsibilities • Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service • Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately • Ensure timely delivery of orders and customer satisfaction • Maintain cleanliness of dining area, service stations, and equipment • Handle customer inquiries and basic complaints professionally • Operate POS system and handle payments responsibly • Assist in daily opening and closing operations • Adhere to SOPs, food hygiene and safety regulations • Work closely with kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth operations • Local candidates are preferred
