Job Details

Responsibility Maintain and update stock records, files and databases. Assist with inventory management by recording stock movements and reconciling discrepancies. Prepare delivery vouchers and verify purchase orders, invoices, and delivery orders. Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports on store operations. Ensure proper filing and organization of store-related documents. Support compliance with company policies and audit requirements. Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth store operations. Monitor and report on stock levels. Coordinate with store staff on administrative queries. Requirements Possession of a Diploma or higher degree is advantageous. Ability to adhere to and meet monthly deadlines. Proficient in computer skills, i.e.: Excel and Word. Capable of working independently with a strong sense of responsibility and a positive working attitude. Candidate should be good at math and detail-oriented. Fresh grad
