Job Summary 
 
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction throughout the order fulfillment process. 
 
Key Responsibilities 
	•	Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses via email, phone calls, and messaging platforms. 
	•	Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. 
	•	Coordinate with Sales, Planning, Production, Purchasing, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. 
	•	Monitor order status and provide updates to customers on delivery schedules. 
	•	Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and effectively. 
	•	Prepare quotations, sales orders, delivery schedules, and related documentation.
