Job Details
Plan and develop tour itineraries/products 
Provide literature and information to clients concerning local, interstate tours, travel routes, accommodation, local customs, fares and travel regulations. 
Manage and monitor tour operations 
Liaise with tour operators and suppliers 
Attend to phone calls from local and overseas 
Able to manage outbound reservation & through email with overseas agent 
Handle customer’s enquiries and problem solving 
Good negotiation skills with ground operation agents. 
Service existing customers and maintain good relationship with customers. 
In charge for incentive group tour for corporate or company. 
 
Requirements: 
 
0 – 3 years working experience in travel industry. 
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel/Administrative/International Business (other fields are welcome!) 
Required language(s): at least B in Mathematics and English for SPM 
Can play Sudoku
