Job Scope / Responsibilities • Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment • Assist in the production and processing of materials (e.g., charcoal / activated carbon) • Load and unload raw materials and finished goods • Ensure proper handling and storage of materials • Perform basic quality checks on products • Maintain cleanliness of the work area and machinery • Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times • Assist in packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment • Support maintenance team in basic machine cleaning and upkeep • Report any machine faults, safety issues, or abnormalities to supervisor Requirements • Physically fit and able to handle manual work • Willing to work in factory environment (heat, dust, etc.) • Able to follow instructions and safety guidelines • Basic understanding of machinery is an advantage • Responsible, punctual, and team-ori
