Job Function / Responsibilities : Perform end product testing as per duty roster arrange by direct superior. Perform end product testing according to the standard method written in Bakery Manual. Perform shelf life test for retention sample. Ensure the end product testing result is within the internal specification and immediately inform direct superior when the testing result is out of specification. Inventory control for ingredients/material used in end product testing. Correctly key in the end product testing result to online QC system at the end of the shift. Maintain workplace’s cleanliness and tidiness. Perform other task as and when require by HOD.
