Job Description for Sr. Production Engineer Productivity – Support and Troubleshooting ● Monitor daily production performance and troubleshooting process issues on the shop floor. ● Support production teams in resolving quality defects, downtime, rework, and output shortfalls. ● Assist in stabilizing assigned production lines to meet daily and weekly output targets. Process Control, Process Improvement and KPI ● Support improvement of KPIs and help create KPI-driven culture through daily shop floor meetings. ● Continuously evaluate and identify process inefficiencies related to productivity, yield, rework, or material usage. Review and revise SOPs where gaps are observed and implement effective process improvements followed by monitoring and measurement of results. ● Implement and maintain visual controls and process parameters on the shop floor. ● Ensure awareness and accessibility to documentations of developed processes by making av
