Job description: ● Responsible for the design and fine-tuning of rubber formulation and compounds, and define specifications for specialized rubber parts, as well as the associated manufacturing processes. ● Supervise the manufacturing processes and productivity performance on related departments. ● Coordinate with, and consult other colleagues to design, lay out, or detail components and systems and to resolve design problems, as well as to troubleshoot on ongoing manufacturing issues. ● Document manufacturing requirements and processes; including technical drawings and CAD models. ● Responsible for design and fabrication of relevant mold and tools. Conduct test runs with completed tools and mold. ● Develop manufacturing processes and liaise with Purchasing department to ensure feasibility in supply chain in order to make adjustment where necessary. ● Determine development and production costs, and optimize designs to achieve the most cost-efficient
