Job Details

- Provide administrative support to the Sales Team. - Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders. - Coordinate with customers on order processing, delivery timelines, and documentation. - Maintain and update sales records, database, and filing systems. - Track sales targets and generate periodic sales reports. - Handle customer inquiries and follow up on outstanding payments. - Support marketing activities, exhibitions, or product launches when required. - Attend client meetings, site visits, and presentations with the Sales Team when necessary - Identify potential sales opportunities from existing customers - Build and maintain strong relationships to enhance customer retention. - Perform any ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by management.
