An Administrative Accounting Assistant supports the finance department by managing daily clerical tasks, such as processing accounts payable/receivable, data entry, filing, and bank reconciliations. They ensure accurate financial records, assist with month-end closing, and handle general office administration to ensure smooth operations. 
Key Responsibilities 
•	Accounting Duties: Process invoices, expense reports, and payment vouchers. Reconcile bank accounts and monitor accounts payable/receivable. 
•	Administrative Tasks: Perform data entry, maintain files, and manage documentation. 
•	General Support: Answer inquiries, assist with audits, and manage office supplies. 
Requirements 
•	Education: Typically requires a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 
•	Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software like MYOB, Quickbooks, or Macola system. 
•	Attributes: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills,
