Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and communication issues reported by customers. 
Provide timely technical support via email, phone, chat, or remote tools (e.g., TeamViewer/Anydesk…..etc). 
Document solutions in the knowledge base and update troubleshooting guides. 
Escalate complex issues to development/engineering teams and track resolutions. 
Train customers on product features and best practices. 
Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues. 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product usability and customer satisfaction.
