Handle screening and assessment of potential students. • Develop, implement, and review lesson plans based on given curriculum. • Conduct every session’s content based on the lesson plans provided. • Track students’ progress, performance and behaviour. • Adjust lesson plan content and teaching methods/strategies to meet the unique needs of each student. • Collaborate with team members, parents and therapists to support students’ success. • Build an inclusive and positive classroom environment that fosters student growth and development. • Keep up to date with best practices in the special needs education space and take up professional development opportunities.
