a) Oversee and manage the whole production floor to ensure production run according to the company procedure and process flow smoothly. b) Supervise and evaluate performance of the production personnel. c) Plan and implement continues improvement on the production floor to minimize production lost and maximize production output. d) Monitor production to ensure the operation run according to the schedule and plan overtime accordingly. e) Prepare and submit status of performance result. f) Plan and implement training for the new staff. g) Ensure 5S on production floor. h) Weekly meeting with management staff to trouble shoot daily production issues and quality issues and make improvement. i) Follow ISO 9001 procedure. j) Continue implementing new process work flow to reduce production down time and material wastage. k) Develop and implement new product to improve company performance in term of cost, material, process or delivery. l) Determine necessary wo
