Job Scope: Property Marketing Executive - Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing activities and online advertising campaigns for new property developments, including residential, commercial, and industrial projects. - Develop and implement project-based marketing strategies to support sales objectives and improve lead conversion. - Create and manage digital content across multiple platforms, including social media, property portals, websites, and messaging applications. - Prepare marketing materials such as property listings, advertisements, brochures, captions, visuals, and basic copywriting. - Assist in planning and executing project sales launches, promotions, and ongoing sales campaigns. - Conduct cold calling and outreach to property owners or listings to source inventory and collect potential leads. - Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights for optimization and improvement. - Coord
