We are seeking a Sales Manager (Calibration & Metrology Solutions) to expand our calibration products and measurement services footprint, manage key customer relationships, and support tender/bid processes. Identify and develop new calibration business opportunities; drive tenders, quotations, and proposal submissions to ensure competitive and compliant offers. Apply strong technical understanding of ISO/IEC 17025 requirements and processes in solution positioning and bidding. Execute strategic market expansion: identify growth sectors and potential channel partners; develop entry strategies and marketing campaigns. Navigate tendering processes and government procurement systems; conduct routine GeBIZ monitoring. Prepare sales reports and pipeline updates; CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
