Job Details
1. Project Planning & Coordination Review project specifications, drawings, and contract documents. Develop detailed project schedules, manpower plans, and resource allocation. Coordinate M&E design reviews, technical submissions, and material approvals. Liaise with consultants, clients, authorities (e.g., TNB, IWK, Bomba), and subcontractors. 2. Site Supervision & Execution Oversee daily progress of M&E works (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, ELV systems, etc.). Ensure site compliance with safety standards and company SOPs. Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure installation follows specifications. Solve technical and site issues promptly. 3. Cost, Budget & Procurement Management Prepare cost estimates, variation orders (VO), and progress claims. Monitor project expenditure and ensure financial targets are met.
