Job Details
1) Oversee, coordinate and supervise daily construction and renovation activities on site 2) Monitor work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedule to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with standards, resolve if identified any issue or discrepancies and escalate when necessary 3) Monitor and maintain site safety, enforce safety procedures, and ensure workers use proper PPE 4) Daily reporting on progress, manpower, equipment, and issues encountered 5) Attend site meetings and communicate instructions clearly to all involved parties 6) Coordinate testing, inspections, and rectification of defects when required
