Job Details
Responsibilities: 
	•	Assist Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations for smooth outlet performance. 
	•	Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve service excellence. 
	•	Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs. 
	•	Monitor sales performance, manage cost control, and support P&L targets. 
	•	Handle staff scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary matters. 
	•	Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest complaints effectively. 
	•	Handle inquiries, complaints, and special requests. 
	•	Support sales & marketing initiatives to drive revenue. 
 
Requirements: 
	•	Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in F&B supervisory/management role. 
	•	Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. 
	•	Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
	•	Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure. 
	•	Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. 
	•	Passionate
