Job Description The After-Sales Technician is responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, repair services, and training to customers after the sale of equipment. The role includes site visits, diagnostics, warranty handling, and close coordination with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service delivery. ________________________________________ 2. Key Responsibilities • Conduct equipment installation, testing, and commissioning at customer sites • Diagnose and repair machinery (on-site and in-house) • Manage warranty claims and service documentation • Provide training and technical advice to customers and dealers • Maintain service records and customer feedback • Coordinate with R&D & Engineering and Production for technical issues • Report recurring product issues or improvement suggestions to R&D & Engineering ________________________________________
