Job Summary We are looking for experienced and proactive candidates to fill the Shift Supervisor role at US Pizza USJ21. You’ll oversee daily store operations and lead the crew during your shift. Key Responsibilities: Supervise kitchen, service, and delivery operations during shift. Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and task assignment. Ensure food quality, SOP compliance, and customer service standards. Prepare shift reports: sales, attendance, stock alerts, and incidents. Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when needed. Monitor stock usage and verify POS reports and cash collections. Train and guide new staff, evaluate team performance. Ensure store-wide cleanliness, including toilets and storage areas. Handle emergencies and surprise inspections (KKM, MBSJ). Enforce grooming, PPE use, and company discipline policies.
