Requirement:- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Attention to detail and accuracy • Basic accounting knowledge • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Welcome fresh graduate & willing to learn candidate. Job Description:- • Providing administrative support to management, employees and clients. • Handling some office duties such as answering phones, organizing files, drafting emails. Performing other duties as assigned by management. • Following up on pending administrative and accounting matters. • Assisting with Audits: Assisting with the preparation for and during audits including vouching documents, compile and assisting with special projects • Maintaining databases and tracking important deadlines.
