Job Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell industrial equipment and solutions. Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and existing customer contacts. Explain product features, technical specifications, and solutions that meet customer needs. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups in CRM. Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries and escalating technical matters to relevant departments. Assist in post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
