Job Details

- Prepare and process tenancy agreements for new tenants. - Prepare keys and access cards and other necessary materials for new tenants. - Assist in negotiating lease agreements and closing deals. - Understanding customer's needs and concerns. - Respond and resolve tenant inquiries and complaints promptly to uphold - customer service quality. - Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, data entry and preparing reports.
