1. Program and perform Precision VMC Machines used for mould making. 2. Decide and select the cutting tools suitable for the various grades of Toll Steel Core and cavity based on hardness and surface finish requirement. 3. Select right G Codes and M codes to perform various operations like High-Speed machining, Rigid Tapping, Volume mill. 4. Balancing of toolholders to achieve desired finish without chattering marks in mould core and cavity. 5. Preventive maintenance of VMC machines.
