1. Routine Maintenance: - Conduct regular inspections of the hotel's facilities, including guest rooms, common areas, mechanical rooms, and exterior grounds, to identify maintenance needs. - Perform preventive maintenance tasks on HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, electrical systems, and other equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity. - Inspect and maintain fire safety equipment, including fire alarms, extinguishers, and sprinkler systems, in compliance with local regulations and safety standards. - Conduct regular checks of lighting, door locks, and security systems to ensure they are functioning correctly. - Assist with maintenance of properties beyond hotel that belongs to the owners. 2.
